A brown rice diet can boost your weight loss success, according to new research published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
The study found that a diet rich in brown rice helped people lose more weight than a diet containing the same amount of fat, carbs and protein.
The results are similar to a recent study in which researchers looked at the impact of a diet with a low-carbohydrate diet.
This study, however, did not look at the effects of a higher-carb diet on weight loss.
Dr David Janssen, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, led the study and said that the results were consistent with previous studies.
He said: “Our results show that eating a low carbohydrate diet has the potential to reduce weight gain, as well as reducing the risk of diabetes and obesity.”
The study also showed that people who ate more brown rice were able to lose weight more quickly than people who didn’t eat brown rice.
The researchers said the results showed that eating brown rice was a healthy way to lose extra weight.
Dr Jansson said: I think brown rice is a fantastic food, but it’s not the only thing that can help you lose weight.
The diet that works best for weight loss Dr Jensson said that eating more brown and white rice was the most effective way to eat more calories, because they contain more of the nutrients in brown and rice, including beta-carotene, vitamin A, calcium, potassium and iron.
However, Dr Jannson warned that it was important to avoid eating too many brown rice for the long-term.
He told BBC News: “You should be eating about 1,500 calories per day.
If you’re going to be eating brown and brown rice every day for the next year, that’s a lot of calories.”
You can eat more brown than white rice, so it’s better to eat brown than to eat white.
“Dr Jinsons findings are backed up by other research that has found that brown rice reduces weight gain.
The American Dietetic Association (ADA) has recommended that people consume at least two servings of brown rice per day, and recommended people who are obese, have diabetes or have heart disease, or are taking statins, take them every day.
Dr Ann Coughlan, from Duke University, said that while it is good to eat fewer calories than white, the most important part was to eat them in the form of a high-quality meal.
She said: It’s good to get a lot more protein in your diet, which is important.
The research suggests that brown, rice, and other grains that are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber can help to lower the risk for diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
