How to make a brown rice jammalaya with brown rice and pea brine recipe – Chewy brown riced rice recipe

Ingredients: 1/4 cup brown rice, peeled and grated 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed 1/3 cup brown fat 1/8 cup pea protein powder 1/16 tsp kosher salt 1/6 tsp cinnamon 1/5 tsp black pepper (optional) Instructions In a medium bowl combine brown rice with 1 cup brown sweetener, brown sugar and peas.

Whisk together until the brown sugar has dissolved.

Add pea flour and stir until combined.

Add in salt and cinnamon and mix until just combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add brown rice mixture to the pan and stir to coat evenly.

Cook until the rice is cooked through and brown, stirring frequently to avoid sticking.

Transfer rice mixture into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with pea sprouts.
