If I had a bunch of other ingredients, I would make a whole different sauce and I’d end up with something that was too bland and just wasn’t quite right.

But when you’re making brown rice for the first time, I think you should be able to adjust the temperature of your stove to make sure you’re cooking the rice properly.

When brown rice comes out of a pot, it’ll brown a little bit more, but it’ll still be cooked evenly and completely.
I mean, look at that.
It still has a nice crispiness to it.
And it’s not too greasy.
It doesn’t stick to the sides of the pan.
It won’t be dry or sticky.
I think brown rice just cooks better and is easier to cook with.
And once you’ve made it, you’ll never be able, ever, to go back to a rice cooker.
You’ll never go back.
You won’t need a second one.
